Dynamic Assessment Center

Depending on your specific requirements, the USP-D Assessment Center is conceived as a dynamic assessment center* in the context of personnel decisions or as a development center for potential analysis and development.

The dynamic assessment centers are 1-1, 5-day events with 8-10 participants, who handle a set of tasks. The USP-D approach in the dynamic assessment center distinguishes itself through a setting developed specifically for your company. Exercises are oriented according to current and future challenges in everyday work life and they offer the participants relevant learning experiences that are supported by extensive feedback elements. We offer the dynamic assessment center in the course of personnel selection procedures as well as individual or small groups AC (with 1 to 4 participants).

*The dynamization in the AC arises from the proximity of the individual AC exercises to reality as well as learning impulses from feedback. Subsequently, the participant is able to analyze his learning and development capacities directly in the AC.



Goals: Analysis of the status quo and potential of the participants with a focus on those competencies that are defined as especially important at your company, now and in the future (social competencies, motivation, learning potential, management capabilities, etc.)

Target groups: Managers, junior managers, graduates, sales employees

Application scope: multi-level selection process (AC for participants on the short list), potential analysis, talent acquisition

Methodology: Presentation, role-plays, group work, multimodal interview, tests, case studies and design work
